Parque General San MArtin, in 9 de Julio, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. The students of INTERACTIVE ENGLISH INSTITUTE celebrated on September 21st, 2006 , both INTERNATIONAL PEACE DAY AND SPRING DAY with a picnic in the park where we planted our PINWHEELS FOR PEACE.
