Andrews High School, Andrews, TX, Art students on the football field on Sep.21,2005. We're flying our Pinwheels for Peace!! The students wrote on the back of their pinwheel about what Peace means to them. Some of them wrote poems, some had very personal thoughts about peace in their own lives. It was a moving experience for me to see them out there - for a moment, it was the all American dream photo - all flavors of kids, all united for a brief moment in a project bigger than themselves.
