Andersen Junior High School in Chandler, Arizona displaying our pinwheels for peace. We had over 250 pinwheels spinning on our campus in addition to a wonderful grid sand painting,and over 3000 paper cranes commemorating the soldiers lostacross the world in the Iraqi and Afghanistan wars. We gave out peace ribbons, had a peace meditation in the morning, had students signing pledges for peace, face painting of peace symbols, and a musical dance troupe performing at lunch time
